Today, we especially greet those who seek something more than just simple adventure... we want to take you a little further, to reach the Extraordinary, to encounter Caravaca de la Cruz. Are you ready to live a story that is not only about walking and admiring landscapes, but also about transformation inside and out? Well, lace up your hiking boots, because we're going to travel the [Camino de Levant](https://www.caminodecaravacadelacruz.es/camino-caravaca-de-la-cruz/inicio)e, a route of nearly 118 kilometers, from [Orihuela](https://www.turismoregiondemurcia.es/es/oficina_de_turismo/oficina-de-turismo-orihuela-centro-5430/)to [Caravaca de la Cruz](https://www.turismoregiondemurcia.es/es/caravaca_de_la_cruz/). Imagine mixing tourism with a touch of personal introspection, where each step connects you more with yourself and the incredible stories that await you along the way. Let's go! ### First stage: Orihuela-Murcia From the first step in Orihuela, the sensation is different. You feel like you're in a movie, also passing by the [cathedral of Murcia](https://www.turismoregiondemurcia.es/es/monumento/catedral-de-murcia-327/). And indeed, this stretch is pure fantasy, amidst monuments that seem taken from a history book and corners that take you straight to the past. Let's stroll through ancient churches while imagining the stories hidden within their walls. This stretch is like an ode to simple life, where each tree and each water channel has its own story. It's like walking through an open-air museum dedicated to nature and the work of our countryside people, whom we admire. We're going to explore badlands that seem from another world and castles that seem taken from a chivalry novel. Walking among [vineyards](https://www.turismoregiondemurcia.es/es/enoturismo_rutas_del_vino/) and landscapes that resemble paintings is an experience that takes us to another level. It's as if the vines speak to us of their land, of wine, and of the people who make this miracle possible. This stage is a physical and spiritual challenge, climbing mountains and landscapes full of tall pines and vineyards, passing through incredible places like the [Barranco de la Regidora](https://www.agendamenuda.es/rutas/con-encanto/2535-barranco-de-la-regidora) or the [old town of Cegehín](https://www.turismoregiondemurcia.es/es/monumento/conjunto-historico-358/), declared a Historic-Artistic Site in 1982.
